Twin Peaks?

No believe it or not I'm not writing about my boobs... The other day while in a taxi in a rushed trip to Ikea the driver interrupted our converstaion in the back seat to ask us where we were from as he noted we were speaking both Spanish and English. We answered and the driver was ever so pleased to hear that I was Canadian. He then launched into what I thought was the standard Canadian questions... Is Toronto in the french part of the country... is it cold all the time... is the skiing good... all pretty normal really, until he threw this question into the mix... ' En Canada existe un pueblo que se llama Twin Peaks?' Which translates to ' In Canada, is there a town called Twin Peaks?' I truly thought I had not understood him correctly... However the smirk on Alfredo's face was enough to tell that I had indeed heard correctly... the driver actually asked what I thought he had...

Too funny...

I should have told him my mum was the log lady...

I've really not been very good at this

whole blogging thing... I guess it's only normal seeing that I have quite a full plate these days. I am slowly becoming aware that the time left with my mum with us is running short and within a few short days she will jet back to Canadia land to her normal life. We have been so happy to have her here with us, I think there will be a lot of tears when she finally does go. I can't quite bring my self to accept it yet...

Things are all good. Nothing much to report really as Sienna has been a really good baby thus far and even slept from 1am to 6h30 this morning. A good night's rest is such a treat... but really even on the bad nights it's not so bad.

I've been really lucky thus far as my figure poped back before the end of the first week! I swear to god it's better than it was before I got pregnant... I've never had a completely flat stomach before... quick - bring on bikini season before I re-gain the buldge!!!

Lilli looking like the grinch that stole christmas... while waiting patiently to go for her walk the other day... someone is adjusting quite well to being bumped as the baby in the family but has has tons of extra attention so really... it's not all bad!

Foots in the sun!

Gazing at Grandma! We've got a matching pic like this with my mum and Isabella.
